WHAT TO EXPECT

Your schedule is a priority, so I will work with you to set an optimal time for your class.

Prior to class, you will receive a packet outlining most of what we will cover for you to look over in advance. You can refer to this packet and take notes on it as well during class.

I will recommend you have a few things, such as an exercise ball, so you can practice movements and exercises we go over.

I will also present you with a few questions to consider that will help me get to know you more during class.

After class, I will be available to you to answer any questions or clarify information we discussed in class.  I get it- sometimes you think you'll remember but you don't.

Expect a follow up from me and most likely some suggestions specific to your pregnancy. This may include an exercise packet, referrals, homeopathic recommendations, etc.

reviews

"Maegan came highly recommended, and she did not disappoint. As a first-time mom, it was nice to be in a more intimate setting vs. the larger classes. A lot of my fears were addressed, and you'll leave feeling more confident about the birth process. She will make sure husbands get involved, especially when teaching the labor contraction techniques." -Novella M.
